The sales and delivery policy
1. Goods once sold not returnable unless there is a factory defect.
2. The company allows a 7 day complain period for products delivered within Nairobi and 14 days for products delivered outside Nairobi (from the dispatch date).
3. Exchanges for wrong orders placed shall attract a 30% for the value of product being returned.
4. The customer caters for any expenses incurred during the exchange.
5. All our products are opened and tested before dispatch, therefore no complains allowed for items with no warranty.
6. We do not offer fixing services for any product but we can assist with contacts of people who offer the services at a Charge.
7. The company shall not be held responsible for products inspected and verified at the shop before delivery ( damages that occur during ferrying or mishandling).
8. Incase of a factory defect, the company shall only exchange with a similar product and no cash refunds.
